Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to make a quilt?

Each quilt is different and unique; therefore, some may take longer than others.  A typical project takes approximately 8 weeks from the start of design to completion.  However, with that being said, often times, I have a waiting list of projects that each take 8 weeks.  It is always best to contact me to start the design process as soon as possible to meet important dates, i.e. Baby Shower, Christmas, etc.

How much does a quilt cost?

Each quilt is different and unique.  Each uses different types of fabrics that vary in cost, and each takes a different amount of time to make.  I provide the total cost into two parts.  One cost is for the time it takes to make the quilt and the second is the cost of materials.  I require a 100% deposit of the labour cost at the start of the project.  The cost of materials is calculated and charged at the end of the project.
